Before you visit
Is there a photographer in the room?
No. You take your photos with a remote in a private room. We’ll show you how everything works before you begin.
Does a baby count as a guest?
Yes. Babies count toward the guest total because their images are included in the selection and finishing process. Pets count as guests too.
What does retouching include?
Every package includes color correction, skin retouching, and teeth whitening on all delivered digital images. We keep the results natural and do not reshape faces or bodies.
Can I bring more than two people?
Yes, up to five guests total. Additional guests are $25 each, including babies and pets.
Can I gift a session?
Yes. Buy a Signature gift certificate for 1–2, 3, 4, or 5 guests. The recipient chooses their room and time, then enters the gift code when booking the matching Signature session. Explore gift certificates.

Can I come alone?
Yes. Solo sessions are welcome. The session price is the same for one or two guests.
How many people are allowed?
Up to five guests can join a session. The price includes up to two guests; each additional guest is $25. Babies and pets count toward the total.
How long is each session?
Signature and Complete include 30 minutes of shooting and 20 minutes for photo selection. The Basic session includes 20 minutes of shooting and 15 minutes for selection.
How does the self-shooting work?
You use a remote to take your own photos in a private room. A live-view screen lets you see the frame as you shoot. We’ll explain the setup before your session.
Can I reschedule my booking?
The current booking policy allows a free reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please review the terms shown at checkout for your specific booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Under the current policy, cancellations at least 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Changes within 48 hours are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee. Approved refunds return to the original payment method in 5–7 business days. Please review the terms at checkout.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome and count as one guest. Please make sure your pet is comfortable indoors.
Do I need to agree to photo use?
No. Permission to use your photos or videos for our website, social media, or advertising is optional.
Can I bring props?
Yes. You can bring small personal props, and there are props available at the studio.
When will I receive my photos?
For Complete, choose your print photos first; we retouch and print them on-site. We apply color correction, skin retouching, and teeth whitening to every photo taken during your 30-minute shoot, then email all of them within 24 hours. For other packages, we’ll confirm digital delivery timing when you book.
How many photos will I receive?
For two guests, Basic includes 5 retouched digital images and Signature includes 10. Complete includes every photo captured during your 30-minute shoot, retouched and emailed within 24 hours. All packages include color correction, skin retouching, and teeth whitening. For 3–5 guests, see the exact digital image and print counts in each package table above. Confirm the package shown at checkout before paying.

Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Sessions are by reservation only.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your session may be shortened so the next booking can start on time. Arriving about 10 minutes early gives you time to check in.
